Positive: - amazing views from flat, really amazing - very large, we were four adults and a baby you could easily fit more - AC works well - which isn’t true everywhere - parking - central location if you want to visit Cadiz as well as beaches
Negative: - Instructions were not clear and in bad English, really would be easy to correct them. You may waste 30-45 minutes figuring out the entrance and parking otherwise - internet not included, extra payment which is a bit odd - entrance area and lift poor/broken - Owner responds slowly and not particularly flexible
Summary: For a larger family or group wanting to do diverse things in Cadiz it’s perfect and good value if you are a larger group

Positive: Breathtaking views (but no WiFi). A minimally furnished but spacious apartment with views over the port and also the old town. For all that it was in need of some tlc we really enjoyed the spaciousness and the unforgettable view. (We bought an HDMI cable and so were able to watch Netflix on the TV screen.) It wouldn't take much to make it a 9 rating.
Negative: No WiFi but, my fault , I should have read the description more closely! However the kitchen units and furniture were tired. Most of the plates could be replaced, and comfortable cushions on the sofa would be great. Also a bedside light in 3 of the 4 bedrooms would be good. The large coffee perculator was without a handle. The apartment was in need of a more than a cursory change-ver clean. These are of course minor details, but they add to the overall sense of care about and comfort in a place.
Summary: Breathtaking views but a rather tired apartment.

Positive: Highly recommended! This beautiful apartment is worthy of 5 stars, clean, tidy, comfortable, and spacious with mesmerizing views. The parking and air conditioning is an extra benefit. The apartment is very nicely located and the kitchen has anything you need. Pilar is a wonderful host very responsive and helpful. We will choose this home again.

Positive: We loved the location! Close to all the interesting parts of the old town, the views of the harbour and the city were sensational !
Negative: The property was comfortable and well equipped but it could do with an in-depth spring clean.

Positive: The location of the apartment is excellent, within walking distance to virtually any of the major attractions in the old town of Cadiz. Although we had trouble finding the parking garage, once located, it was wonderful to have on-site parking in the heart of the city. The views from the main salon looking out at the international port, and toward the old city from the master bedroom, are both stunning.
Negative: This apartment could have been 5-star if attention was paid to a few details. Two of the dining room chairs had broken arms. The hand-held spray nozzle at the kitchen sink was split and therefore sprayed all over under pressure. The bed mattresses were more like camp cot mattresses and although they were adequate, they were far from the level of quality we expected.
